Day 1: Revolution Bike Park, Wales
A full day of structured on-trail coaching focused on the fundamentals that directly translate to faster, more consistent and more confident racing. You'll concentrate on:
- Body Position: the foundation of everything. Developing the correct and most efficient position on the bike across varying terrain, giving you the platform to execute every other skill properly.
- Braking Technique: knowing when to brake, where to brake and how much. One of the most undercoached yet most impactful skills in both downhill and enduro racing.
- Cornering: berm riding, flat corners and off-camber sections, developing the technique and confidence to carry genuine speed through every turn.
- Line Choice: reading the trail ahead, identifying the fastest or safest option and committing to it under pressure.
