How it works:
1️⃣ Select your hire dates below and complete your booking online

2️⃣ Pay for your hire: You will need to put two items into your checkout to make the booking:

  • Add the deposit to your cart first.
  • Then return to your cart to add the number of weeks you would like to hire the box for and complete your payment online.

3️⃣ Once confirmed, message us on WhatsApp to arrange collection

4️⃣ Collect your box and travel worry-free

Need extra days? No problem, we’ll adjust your hire from the deposit and will be charged at £5 per day.

P.S. You’ll notice that you get 8 days hire when you book with us. Why? Well, we’re nice like that. We know that if you’re travelling for a week you’ll generally need a box for more than a week to allow you to pack, so we allow you to have the box for an extra day. 

Your deposit is refunded when the box is returned safely and undamaged.

If you are going overseas with your bike, then you should be thinking about taking your precious cargo in a hard shell Bike Box Alan case.

We have a small number of hard shell bike boxes made by Bike Box Alan for hire which you can collect from our bases in Manchester M16 or Stockport SK4.

Priced at £60 per week, a bike box is ideal for taking on aeroplanes so you can rest easy knowing that your bike will arrive in one piece so you can have an incident free holiday.

There's a £100 refundable deposit payable for the bike box prior to collection and this will be refunded to you, providing the case is returned to you without any damage.

If there is any damage we will go through this with you when you return the box. If you want to use the box for extra days, no dramas, we just take the extra days' hire from your deposit.
