If you are going overseas with your bike, then you should be thinking about taking your precious cargo in a hard shell Bike Box Alan case. We have a small number of hard shell bike boxes made by Bike Box Alan for hire which you can collect from our base in Manchester.

Priced at £50 per week, they are ideal for taking on aeroplanes so you can rest easy knowing that your bike will arrive in one piece so you can have an event free holiday.

The process for booking is really easy. All you have to do is to send us a message via WhatsApp to the right of this page to check the dates you’re looking to hire the box and we’ll advise if the box is available.

There’s a £100 refundable deposit payable on booking and this will be refunded to you, providing the case is returned to you without any damage.

We will send you a payment request approximately one week before your trip and this will be the payment for the hire period. If you want to use it for extra days, please do try to let us know before you book as we may have another booking just after yours so we may need it back.

If there is any damage we will go through this with you when you return the box. If you want to use the box for extra days, no dramas, we just take the extra days’ hire from your deposit.

Unfortunately, we can't be held responsible if your bike doesn't fit into the box. It does sometimes happen so we don't want you to be disappointed.
