ABC Sports Learning Ltd/Manchester Cycling Academy is committed to providing you with an outstanding experience so you can book with confidence and our quest is to ensure we can deliver the best experience for everyone who joins one of our events or experiences.
By purchasing from, or subscribing to Manchester Cycling Academy, you agree to be bound by the Terms as set out below.
Please see the below tables if you have a need to cancel your experience with us which will tell you our standard refund terms. We strongly advise that you have travel insurance before you book with us as if in the unfortunate event that you may need to cancel your booking, you may be covered on your insurance policy.

2.2. Training Sessions and Events inside the UK

2.3. Coaching Services
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must inform us of your intent at least 28 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee.

2.4. Products
2.4.1 Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team at team@manchestercyclingacademy.co.uk within seven days of receiving the order, providing detailed information and, if possible, include photos of the defective or damaged item(s).
2.4.2. Change of Mind:
If you change your mind about a purchase, we accept returns within seven days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
2.4.3. Original Packaging:
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
