2024 Christmas Party – Almost Famous, Great Northern, Manchester.

JOIN US for our Almost Famous Christmas Party on Saturday December December 7th from 3.00-5.00.

We’ve secured a limited number of places at one of the best burger restaurants in Manchester where we can celebrate the end of term and kick off the Christmas season together.

Almost Famous is a Manchester institution. Born in the Northern Quarter of Manchester, its burgers were inspired by its founders’ road trip across the USA. They set up their first burger stand at the Manchester Food and Drink festival and they now have four restaurants across the north of England.

Just a few minutes walk away from the famous Christmas markets and the city centre shopping areas, almost famous is situated in the Great Northern Warehouse on Peter St, between Deansgate and St Peters Square.

You’ll receive an alcohol free drink on arrival and choose from the menu, which consists of burgers and, erm, burgers. There are also fries and Veggie and Vegan options.

In between there will be Christmas themed games and quizzes.

Parents and friends are welcome too but places are limited so we will give priority to students who book and pay for their place. Once you book we will let you know your place on the list.

If you’re a current DiSE student, we subsidise the party so you will only have to pay £15.00. Parents and friends will be charged the full price of £27.50.
